Cancellation Policy
Enfield Point Travel believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
A USD 500 deposit per rider is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but transferable to any future Enfield Point expedition within 12 months.
The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to the expedition start date. Bookings made within 60 days require full payment at the time of booking.

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund (excluding deposit).

30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost charged.

Within 30 days of departure: No refund.

No show: No refund.
This policy allows us to ensure seamless planning and deliver a safe, well-managed, and premium expedition experience.
